Dear Stephen,
I read that teasel root extract draws the lyme out of tissue and joints in to the blood stream. Does it make sense to take teasel before a Western Blot test to prevent false negative results?

Stephen’s response:
Not that I know of, in this instance.

What is the best source on learning how to make tinctures and use whole herbs ? I have a known spot I can find Japanese knot weed and wondered how to prepar and use the fresh herb. I would like to start growing herbs you recommend ..
Stephens books give the basics on sourcing seeds and cultivation
I can’t find sources for seeds in the books I have. Also would like to purchase wholesale bulk Lyme herbs to tincture. Can you tell me which books? I am a nutritionist/herbalist/pilates business owner and thought I knew herbs until I was diagnosed with Lyme and Babesia. Humbly searching for sources. Incredibly grateful for this work Stephen has done.
Buhner’s book, Herbal Antibiotics, contains information on how to make tinctures and other herbal preparations at home. Other sources are also available.
1)Strictly Medicinal Seeds (root stock, seeds, info)
2)Mountain Rose Herbs
Responsibly sourced herbs and info
3.) Pacific Botanicals
Fresh Herbs, dry herbs
