Dear Stephen,
I have had lyme for 9 1/2 years. I’ve tried numerous things to treat it. This past year I started getting tremors in my hands and sometimes voice, and random muscle spasms and nerve firings. The most recent symptom, with no explanation, is muscle spasms in my fingers. I recently had ART muscle testing done and she found erlichia and some bartonella and babesia. The most bothersome symptoms are the muscle and nerve spasms. Is there any herb I can take for these? Thanks.

Stephen’s response:
Yes, these:
1) Lion’s mane tincture: This is the only brand I think decent at this point in time: Dosage: ¼-1/2 tsp to 6x daily long term.
2) Chinese skullcap root tincture: (only source I recommend for this) Dosage: ¼-1/2 tsp 3x daily.
3) American skullcap leaf tincture: Same dosage.
4) Cordyceps capsules: Dosage: 3 capsules 2-3x daily) [Note from editor: Click on the 1st Chinese herbs ad on this page or the homepage to get the code for a 10% discount on this one.]
5) Kudzu root tincture: Same dosage range.
B-12, 2000 mcg daily can also help.
These herbs will help relieve the damage to the nerves and stop the tremors.
