I am gradually beginning your protocol and am curious if you could suggest an herb(s) for bladder pain. The pain seems to be exacerbated by coffee and other acidic foods. Thanks!

Stephen’s response:
A tea of nettles, couch grass, corn silk, and peppermint can help considerably. Mix equal parts (about 2 tbsp each of the dried herbs) in a quart of hot water, let steep overnight, and drink through the day—as much as desired. Honey can be added if you wish.
A tincture of black cohosh (which tastes terrible) can help the pain directly, 15-20 drops 3x daily.
