Do you feel it is helpful to find a way to sweat out toxins while dealing with lyme or other diseases, such as MCS? I notice that after sweating in a steam bath my breathing is much improved. But I recently read that toxins are not excreted by sweating and to me, that doesn’t make sense. What are your thoughts?
One of the primary ways toxins are excreted is through sweating. Sweating, whether through saunas or sweat lodges is exceptionally good for these kinds of chronic diseases if you can tolerate it.
